Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

(Serves 1) 1 ripe banana, sliced 1 cup (250 ml) frozen blueberries 1tbsp (15ml) Spring Protein Cricket Powder 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

In a blender, combine the banana, blueberry, milk and Spring Protein Cricket Powder. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth.
