Ingredients
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 cup (250 mL) frozen Strawberries
1 cup (250 mL) Strawberry Kefir Probiotic 2% M.F. Yogurt
1 tbsp (15 mL) 100% Cricket Powder
Pinch (0.5 mL) cinnamon
Instructions
Combine banana, frozen strawberries, yogurt, cricket powder and cinnamon in blender. Blend until smooth.
